• Founded 1990 - focused on wireless computer anti-theft market
• March 1991 - developed Asset Protection System and first generation Asset Protection Device
• May 1995 - received US Registered Trademarks for Asset Protection System and Asset Protection Device
• August 1995 - developed second generation of Asset Protection Device
• May 1996 - developed third generation of Asset Protection Device - Universal and LapTop APDs
• July 1996 - won ITI Wireless Merit Award for Innovative use of Wireless Technology
• September 1996 - developed PC Card interface sensor for LapTops and other devices
• May 1998 - awarded US Patent 5,748,083, claims for Asset Protection Device and Asset Protection System
• Over 5,000 units installed to date
